Today marks the culmination of much hard work and preparation, and GAP Consulting is now here.  I, David Kaiser, aim to provide a set of much-needed management services to the software startup market.

GAP Consulting will focus on the use of an established process to help growth-mode customers that understand the critical need for skills development in top-performing engineering teams.  We will be starting with training services, and adding specialized coaching and mentoring plans.
